| A. Here at The Fresh Flower Co we will do our best to deliver at a specific time on a specific day. For deliveries in the Bromsgrove Droitwich Spa Redditch and South Birmingham areas we carry out our own deliveries - please let us know your requirements. Additional charges may apply. |

| A. Yes, within out local catchment area (Bromsgrove Redditch Droitwich
Spa and South Birmingham) we can deliver same day for orders placed by early afternoon.
For orders outside our catchment area we can organise a delivery to most parts of the UK if the order is placed before 1:30 p.m. |
| Q. Can you send a VAT receipt for orders placed with The Fresh Flower Co? |
| A. Yes, it is our policy to send a VAT receipt for corporate orders - if in doubt please request one. |
| Q What size budget do I need? |
| A. This very much depends on which flowers you would like and the occasion.
A single red rose might suit or a large bouquet. By value most orders are in the region of £35, but you can spend from £20 to £100. |
| Q. Can you include a card with the flowers? |
| A. Yes, this is all part of the service. If your requirements are straight forward please telephone them through. Sometimes with a longer or more complex message customers have emailed the details through. Please feel free to use the Contact Us form. |
