It was not so much a need to do anything different - because we have always taken a keen interest in training commented Mr Rudge, it was more a need to formalise what The Fresh Flower Co did by way of training. I would just like to say a big "thank you" to the staff who continue to work so hard to maintain the standards our customers have come to expect.
Increasingly we have been asked if The Fresh Flower Co can supply Champagne / Fine Wine or Whisky as part of our floral delivery service and after extensive market testing we are delighted to be able to offer and even more comprehensive choice of gifts.
What this means is that customers can not only send superb flowers same day but also now include a bottle of Champagne or a bottle of whisky or a
something from our wine selection and of course all included in the one delivery charge.
